Shipping policy
Shipping Process for Custom Team Gear and Apparel
After you have placed your order through the team store, you might not get a confirmation email right away. This does not necessary mean your order did not place. If you have any concerns about your order not successfully being processed, please email us at info@nearfallclothing.com.
The day after the team store closes, starts the 4 to 6 week waiting period. After the 6 weeks has past and you still have not received an email from us, or your items, feel free to email info@nearfallclothing.com and someone will be happy to inform you as to why the delay.
This whole process starting from the day after the store closes, takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
Once the production process has started and the online store no longer is excepting orders, Nearfall can not add or take off items. We encourage you to please double check your items and sizes and make sure the order placed is the desired items. Once the online store has closed, we can not intercept or stop production for adjustments. Furthermore, we can not give refunds based off of production time and shipping time lapsing an event or tournament. We strongly advise that you make sure our required time does not fall within the date the custom apparel will be needed.
If you have concerns or are not sure about a size, or design, or time frame do not hesitate to send us an email or give us a call we will be more than happy to help. We also encourage you to speak to the coach to make sure where the order will be shipped, 90% of the time, all orders we be sent together and received to your coach.
If you are expecting an order that consist of Nearfall Brand apparel, you should be receiving your order within two to three business days excluding federal holidays and Sundays.
